Hello, world! I’m Sydney, Chicago based, lifelong learner, athlete, adventurer, and much more. I graduated from Clemson University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications and minors in Psychology and Brand Communications. My passion for delving into user experience and design springs from my curiosity about human behavior and its countless influences.

Beyond the screen, I thrive on outdoor adventures that broaden my horizons. Throughout my time at school, I was a trip leader for the Clemson Outdoor Recreation and Education program, introducing students to the outdoors and teaching them skills. After graduating, I became a trip leader for the summer camp I had grown up attending and co-led a group of 7 rising high school juniors on a 3-week voyage across Georgian Bay in Canada. I became a wilderness first responder and gained valuable skills in managing and teaching kids.

One of my proudest accomplishments was running the Chicago Marathon in 2025. I fundraised over $1,500 for the Ronald McDonald House Charity to help reduce the financial and emotional burdens, ensuring families can stay together near medical facilities to support their children during treatment. Embracing challenges is not just exhilarating but also deeply rewarding to me. I am running the Chicago Marathon in 2026 and raising funds for PAWS Chicago! A no-kill community in Chicago to end the overpopulation of homeless animals through prevention, adoption, medical care, and community volunteers.
